Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital, part of PRISMA Health is seeking an outpatient rehab clinical neuropsychologist to become part of our established Outpatient Brain Injury and Young Stroke Program. The Brain Injury and Young Stroke Program is a unique interdisciplinary program located in the heart of one of the nation’s most popular small cities. Psychologists provide psychological treatment and neuropsychological evaluation for rehabilitation patients (TBI, CVA, etc.) involved in a unique interdisciplinary outpatient program in one of the South’s most established and creative clinical venues addressing community and school re-entry as well as vocational services.

Primary duties include: individual psychological assessment; individual and family therapy; cognitive screenings; cognitive/behavioral consultation with treating therapists; comprehensive neuropsychological assessment.
Secondary duties include: behavioral consultation and behavior modification programming; participation in family and survivor support group; and patient and family education regarding brain injury.
Requirements for the position include:
Ph.D. or Psy.D.in clinical psychology from an APA approved program
APA approved internship
Applicant with emphasis in either neuropsychology or rehabilitation psychology will be considered (experience in neurological rehabilitation desired)
2 years of supervised experience (one year may be pre-doctoral)
License eligible/Medicare eligible in South Carolina
Willingness to be part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
